When tensions and stress begin to have a life of their own, remember to BREATHE! Deeply and slowly...in and out...It tends to slow life down to a more manageable pace!

My one piece of advice: Keep activity (not Activia) in your life.
I was an office worker for many years and obtained exercise primarily on the weekends. Due to good genes, I was good for fifty years. Now I'm overweight and dealing with arthritis. Was it avoidable? Don't know. But am confident it wouldn't be as severe had I been more active.
"Breathe deeply, stay curious, and eat your beets".
We definitely have some folks on this board with a great sense of humor. It's refreshing to come here every day.

If your doctor tries to poo-poo your concerns, push harder to get the help you need.

I would say...
"Eat real food instead of processed foods".
