    And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Challenge - Week 3 - Pumpkin

    Pumpkin pie, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin scones, pumpkin "026well, you name it.

    Pumpkins and squash are tasty and versatile Fall veggies, and they are brimming with nutrients.

    Treat us to your best recipes for these delicious gourds.

    Thrive Pumpkin Pie Quinoa
    1 c quinoa, rinsed
    2 c water
    1 can pumpkin puree
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

    Add all ingredients to a sauce pan
    Bring to a boil
    Lower heat & cook for 10-15 minutes

    variations:
    Cook with coconut or almond milk
    Add vanilla or almond extract while cooking
    Add orange peel while cooking

    serving suggestions:
    Add grated unsweetened coconut
    Add chopped raw nuts
    Add dried fruit
    Add a dollop of yogurt
    Add chocolate chips

    Hello,

    Two of my recipes on the Leaderboard are not linked correctly -
    1. Cabbage stir-fry with Toasted Peanuts is linked to Roasted chicken and green casserole.
    2. Cabbage with edamame and green peas is linked to Spicy stewed collard greens.

    Please correct this error promptly.
