Yes, because it's a deep penetration position and your penis can bruise her cervix. A bruised cervix is very painful.

There's nothing inherently dirty about sex, but if you try real hard and use your imagination you can overcome that.

Either not do that position any more or try using donuts. They're donut-shaped soft penis rings that fit over your penis and stop you going in too deep.

When you ask what SHE can do about the pain I wonder if you want to avoid causing her pain or how to get her over the pain without inconvenience to you ...

My advice:

Avoid rear-entry positions.
Buy a donut (penis ring) or two.
Ensure good communication (this can serve both of you).

Encourage her to be on top because this lets her be in control of depth (and also gives you an awesome point of view).

Remind her (often) that she needs to tell you when it hurts.
