I used to be a size 6. I realize that things change, but my knees and my back hurt. I try to walk 2 - 3 times per week. I also work full time at a computer. Thanks!View Thread
When you tired everything did you stick to it!
Count calories
1,200
Your diet is very important
I've seen every diet and that doesn't work
exercise I don't care if you have to wake up a hour earlier
DO IT!! If you want it you will have itView Thread
All this ramen crap you are eating is bad for you bc it has all this sodium and sugars its ridiculous!
You have to drink more water!
Also you have to do strength training...
Try circuit training if you don't have much time to spare
Go on a "diet"
1,200 calorie intake is what I recommend
Do this and by 6 weeks you will see a differenceView Thread

Some of this posting this so the staff of WebMD will read it and become active in changes! We need national community planning and major non-profit organization changes.
Since I am a 56 yo female, exercise friends are (right now) non-existant. FYI women will chat at the gym, but getting them to commit to anything regular is like chasing cats. I see so much of it all about social approval and distance!
I don't mind putting some money into fun instead of food. I could write a book on society's shove-off of the over 55 female and exercise! We don't belong on golf courses unless we are competitive and already trained. Same for tennis. Not one bicycle group in my area (although I have hopes through Meetup) for the average bicyclist. Try finding bicycle paths!
Not one program offered through our Tax-Exempt, non-profit recreation department or the YMCA in my town of Kissimmee, FL for over WORKING 55 women (unless you want to exercise in a chair with the 90 year olds and risk taking off your job, I'm told "Silver Sneakers". Or required to mix into programs that are Hispanic.). I've written complaints several times that have fallen on deaf ears. Since these organizations are supported with exemption of public tax dollars, why don't they serve all the public, not just active 20 year olds with a hint of inclusion in the 70-90 year old crowd, or based to one segment of the population?
We collectively need to insist that our communities become planned for all age people to exercise!
So, I'm left to consider the fun kids have (why shouldn't I?). Has anyone acquired an XBox 360 with a kinect box? Have you tried the "Live" connection? I'd like to see a write up on this....
Thanks.View Thread

In over a year I have had the privilege to help so many reach their goal weight with this simple program. I started a FB Group called Isa-Journey where members can come and share their results, get support, tips, motivation and so much more to help stay on track. Please join me and so many others at https://www.facebook.com/groups/245038165562139/ I should mention the company is so sure that this will work they offer a 100% money back guarantee, so what do you have to lose?View Thread
We need to conquer our eating habits, we have to correct our diet!! This cannot be resumed else we're gonna be frutties (frustrated fatties ahaha)
Currently I'm keeping a food journal, just a week into it. And I'm using the WebMD food & fitness tracker where it will notify me every 7 days to weigh in. I dont input my food intake tho because what I eat in my country is a bit different (e.g. salmon is not a regular food)
My goal weight is 115 lbs and I'm trying to reach it in 3 months. So far it's not a success and I'm very struggling to watch wat I eat.View Thread
It is joining the gym that almost forces me to go. The earlier in the day that I go, the easier it is for me. I schedule the gym in my calendar every day as a first priority. After a tough start, I became hooked.
Stick to it and you will succeed. Compete against only yourself.View Thread
