hi my name is lisa i am drowinding in a complete mess ive tried reading organization books and going to the dr but i never finish the book cuz i forget what i read and reread and ive been diagnosed bipolar and fwel the medicine is all wrong and dont want to take it i cnt get the dr to understand me ive turned to flylady.com but that gets me further off track because i google 1/20 of the stuff popping up in my head and spend hours on the cxomputer but i need to figure out how to get my dr on the same page as me and they dont seem to have enough time to listen tow what i need them to know about me., i read on the internat that taking stimulants helps you focus and i need help fastView Thread
want to know the differences of add and bipolar . i am 23 and have been diagnosed bipolar but i feel that im more add and have very uunorganized forgetful moments and cant pay attention to a book and never have really read a book cover to cover even in school. i was is ld classes and i dont belive very many doctors who have diagnosed me know any of my past history to base it on. i know myself and ive worked tremendously hard to figure it out. i am depresed but i get frustrated when people dont "get what im saying" or i have a hard time listening and reading so it takes me months ro open mail at this rate by age 50 i will be a hoarder. i do impulsive obbsessive things but i can never make up my mind on anything and this is a hard one to decid i ask my freinds and a few agree with me but how do i get a dr to understand when i never can organize my thoughtsView Thread
