About a year ago I went about a week where my hands itched. Then recently I had a blood transfusion and my hands have been painfully itchy. The symptoms are these: on the palms of my hands there is itching under the skin. It's painful if I don't scratch it but excruciating if I do scratch it. When I do scratch it my palms turn red and purple from the scratching. And the more I scratch the more it itches. It never stays in one place on my palms but moves around from one side to the other, then in between my fingers, and so forth. I have tried to research it but haven't found anything to explain it. Not sure if it's allergies or neurological or what. Plz plz help!!!View Thread
