im the king of this nasal problem 3 operation in 4 years i had so many ployps that i got 2 operations 9 months a part i got it all i will share somthing with everybody that suffers like me the only thing that works is sinus busters and here how it works it likks the infection this is why you have problems you have and infection that does not go away and it will never go away but with sinus buster its like cutting the grass you cut the infection down to size and when it comes back you cut it again now this stuff burns and it will not give you instant results but 2-3 spays in each side and than you wait you will be stuffy when you take it but whitin 4-6 hours it start clearing up than you have a clear sinusis for days 3-5 days b4 you do it again belive me try it it is the only hope for the hopeless over the counter and it works ( i do not work for the company or know anything about the company ) i just and avg joe with a big problem ty good luck to allView Thread
