You just explained exactly how I feel when I'm having an anemic episode due to eating too much processed junk. Do you ever get light headed and have to sit down? Do you sleep and sleep and still feel tired? I think you should try to eliminate processed food and eat nutritious whole foods that will build your strength.
If you are G6PD deficiency (over 400 million people are) then don't eat foods that are contraindicated. The contraindicated foods (soy, peanut, all legumes (beans and peas), act like rat poison to people with the deficiency slowly causing you to bleed to death.View Thread
