I found the same. If I become nervous, I get more bad reactions from others. Unfortunately, some people react anyway, and I get more nervous as a result. People at work, they started noticing I am the cause. My "new" boss who sits right next to me asked me a month ago, "do you have a dog?" --- "no, I don't." My boss had a severe allergic reaction for few days...now I think he is taking allergy medication. I have been thinking about quiting my job. The good thing is that it is getting colder outside...and I sweat less...so, it is helping a bit for now.
I have been thinking about quiting a job mainly because of my conditon. So, I start taking classes after work. All my classmates including my instructor start showing the same reactions as soon as I enter class room.
I just do not want to be in the room with others...I need help.View Thread

A couple of things I noticed a little help are: sauna and body scrub. I noticed that people react less on the following day after I went to sauna...or after bodyscrub. But it does not help continuously. I went to sauna few days straight, and only first couple of days, it helps but not longer term. But I still go to sauna every few days or every few weeks...because even it is a bit, it is still helping my condition.
After reading others notes, I started taking pro-biotics and grape seed extract supplement. taking pro-biotics combined with yogurt helps my constipation. i also noticed that after i cleared out my stomach, people tend to react less...but they still react though (sneezing, coughing, scratching, clearing throught, etc.)
if there is anyone who was cured, please help me! please share the tips you have. I am becoming anti-social...
Thank you so much!View Thread
