I also have the mucus problems. Mine is mostly sinus congestion but I do cough up a lot of mucus in a day's time. I have had these symptoms for 6 yrs not & it is not getting any better. I will tell you this. I had an infection in my arm because of a tennis injury. My doctor gave me some strong antibiotics to heal the infection & after taking those pills for a week my sinuses cleared up completely. A week after I quit taking the pills my sinuses stopped up again . Another time recently I went 28 hours without eating anything & again my sinuses cleared up. I'm thinking food allergies. What do you guys think ? After I eat lunch everyday, I cough up a lot of mucus. My doctor doesn't have a clue.Puzzled in Miss.View Thread
