Okay so this is how it starts. I found out a couple of months ago that I have hypothyroidism and I started treatment for it right away. The doc said that it would regulate my periods and it would also help everything else too. So my periods became regular until I missed my period this month. My last period was June 11th and my periods are anywhere between 25-28 days long. About 2 or 3 weeks ago I was having some light cramping which is normal for me because this is how I usually know that I am going to start, well they lasted for a few days and then they stopped. Last week I started to get a sharp twinge in the lower right side of my abdomen, this is also normal because this usually tells me when I am ovulating, and I was thinking, isn't it a little late for this? Anyways me and my husband went on vacation last week and left Wednesday morning, therefore we had sex the day before we left and that previous weekend. I had the ovulation pains that started on Wednesday and now they are gone. I don't feel like I am going to start and I have taken pregnancy tests that were negative. Has this ever happened to anyone? Can anyone relate to this and what do you think is going on? I appreciate any input and thank you.
