This is what im gonna start using.. it has exercises to MAKE yourself feel symptoms of a panic attack, including depersonalization.. like staring at your hand for 3 minutes, and charting your anxiety. Pretty much make yourself feel something you avoid feeling, to realize it doesn't cause you harm. I think Im gonna follow exactly what it says and see if I start improving. It is all in your mind and only you are the one that can change it.. Wish me luck!View Thread
