I just wanted to make everyone that experiences panick and anxiety aware of a great book out there that helped me called "The Anxiety & Panick Disorder Workbook". It takes you through a bunch of steps to seek out possible triggers for panick and anxiety and then gives you ways to cope based on your symptoms. I am new to all of this so for me it was very comforting to read and very helpful in getting me through for the first couple of weeks. I started to feel better so I haven't finished the book but because my anxiety is creeping back in, I need to get it back out again.View Thread
