REALIZE that we are very much ok then we can stop the vicious cycle. Crazy people dont seek help. You are anxious, not crazy.View Thread

a physical attack. If someone were to attack you with a baseball bat your instinct
would be to brace for the impact and protect yorself. With anxiety the mind tries
to do the same. You can see how this is not going to help because nothing is going to strike you.
We can not fight off anxiety that only makes it worse. We need to Accept, Allow, soften into( if clutching
your hands gently open them), and self compassion ( Im sorry im doing this to myself).
We need to retrain he brain. Best of luck.View Thread

Anyone else may not be worth your time. After all you are not trying to hurt anyone or be mean or cruel in anyway, its an anxiety issue THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU. Its just the human condition. Many many people have anxieties. Accept who you are, Be yourself, allow yourself to be anxious.
Your OK!!!!!!View Thread

Mindfulness is helpful, if we stay in the present moment we can not panic. Try to practice mindfulness. One type is also a walking meditation. As you walk pay attention to your feet as thay walk. Pay attention to the feet as they lift and then touch the ground. Stay in the "present moment" this is the key. Meditation could be helpful. Look into ways to practice mindfulness, Meditation, Acceptance, and Self compassion.
Panic is a horrible feeling and so crippling, but it is also very much part of the human condition. You will do great, remember we have been there.View Thread
