I took my last Effexor xr this past Friday night after having taken the at 275 mg for 5 years. My doctor had stated for me to take 3 @275 for 3 days, 2 pills which were 150 mg for 3 days 1 at 75 mg for 3 days and then stop. Last night I started feeling strange, I guess, and then had horrible like real nightmares and was extremely cold. I'm "assuming" that is part of the withdrawal......I am hoping I don't have to go thorugh the time period others have. I am also taking pills for menopause, another nerve pill, a pill for high blood pressure, and one for heart.View Thread
