The safari consists of a Presenter/Expert Ranger who drives around the reserve looking for animals both big and small. A camera person sits on the back of the safari vehicle and their camera is your eyes. This gives a fantastic feeling of actually being on the back of the vehicle as it bumps through the splendid African bush. Sometimes, just being able to sit and watch nature at work can be extremely relaxing and I'd recommend that you take a look at this special place. There are also other wildlife livecams on the internet that you can find in South America (birds of all colors), so give yourself a break every once in a while and go to Africa or South America. Allow yourself to get lost in the joy of watching the animals and remember there is a time difference between where you are and where the preserves are.
If you can't sleep at night, tune in to Africa where it may be very early morning and the animals are coming to the waterhole.
Tai chi, an ancient Chinese form of exercise for health maintenance, can be useful to just about everyone and it can relieve stress and help with movement. I've posted a number of videos which demonstrate this technique for people with arthritis, osteoporosis and even those in wheelchairs or who need to be seated. Although these are all videos from Dr. Lam, a family physician and tai chi expert, I am not indicating you should buy anything. It's just to give you an idea what it is and then you might want to join a local group at one of the community centers in your area or even suggest they start one if they don't already have a tai chi group.View Thread
