I have the feeling like I'm about to have a seizure/going crazy feeling, same weakness, stomach upsets etc etc etc. I'm a mess. I take xanax 0.5mg as needed(prescribed) I've had a few really bad episodes where I had to take 2 of them.Of course, this is happening more and more at work (I'm a trauma nurse and this really sucks when it happens at work) I've posted before about my battles with depression/anxiety and the struggle I'm having with going to work and making it through the day. I have HORRIBLE stress in my life right now(as well as most people nowadays) and I'm the only one working and with health benefits for me and my husband. He is struggling with depression as well, and looking for a job.Of course, the worse our $$ situation gets, the more attacks I have and the more I have to call out sick or leave work and put my job in jeopardy. I'm sorry that you are having a bad time now. Anything that I can think of to help you during these attacks, I will send you a post. I do know that reading about anxiety and all that does get me through some of the bad times. Wish I could be more of a help right now
