There is software on the internet which will allow you to load any of these videos onto your smartphone, iPod, iPad or computer and I would urge you to do that. It can enable you to be able to flip open your phone and watch a video that can help you calm down.
Some of the software may be relatively inexpensive and some might be free, so do some researching to find which one works best for you.
Remember, your smartphone can be invaluable when you need it for more than just a phone call or to text a friend.View Thread
The one thing that really really helps is try and find the best destraction. Going for a drive (I don't suggest if you are actually in a panic attack, just when you're feeling a little anxious), reading a book, playing music, taking photos, and the list goes on! Once you start to concentrate on these things, you're only focusing on that certain thing.
Also, I find that stress balls help tremendously.
I really hope this helps. And I am always looking for tips also!! thank you

A FEW MONTHS AGO I BROKE OUT IN HUGE ROUND BLOODY SORES FROM HEAD TO TOE, THOSE SORES WERE ON EVERY INCH OF MY BODY AND THEY BLED SPONTANEOUSLY . IT WENT ON FOR MONTHS, I COULD NOT GO ANYWHERE. I WENT TO MD ANDERSON HOSPITAL AND HAD THE SORES BIOPSIED. THE RESULT WAS ACUTE, VERY SEVERE ANXIETY.
If I even felt a twinge I would go in my room, light a candle, make it as dark as I could and lay on the bed and do the breathing. Since I am bipolar, I cannot meditate because my mind is going a million miles a minute. I forced myself to breathe every day, in the passed I would disassociate completely and I still sometimes do it.
I ABSOLUTELY SWEAR THE BREATHING WORKS, AT LEAST FOR ME. IT CAN'T HURT TO TRY IT.
Best of luck, we need it

Being unprepared, stressed, and not meeting deadlines make me get into the panic mode. Don't know about anyone else. I am a a type A personality-perfection. If everything is not in order or things are not going just right and causing stress, it's a kicker for me.
