I have asthma, also used to jog 3 miles each morning and evening until my late 50's then slowed down to about one mile daily. I'm also an ex smoker.
I've had a heart attack, and can attest that it's better to catch this before it happens.

Mattie, you will be happy to hear that I still have the original banana plant and it's still having babies. I have them in a large pot which has been outside all summer.

For those who forgot maybe Mr NORMAL, or Isle of NORMAL will ring a bell.
I still have asthma, bronchiactisus (spelling) and take heart med's from that old heart attack.
Still working and growing a banana plant in the Windy City.
Last trip to FL I picked up some palm tree seeds (pods) and trying to get them to grow. LOL

Oh, I do a double neb now to clear the lungs, other than that everyting is about the same. Still have the banana plant in the Windy city.
