been having asthma for more that 20 years, but it took some time for the right diagnostic, they were trying to cure me for alergys, and of course the result wasnt good
i doctor ask me if i did some exercise and at that time i wasnt doing almost nothing but walk, he advise to improve my breath to try to run little at first, 3 times a week, and continue running more with time, never to the point to get exhausted, the idea was to get more bresth resisteance or stamina Beside advise me to breath not with the lungs but with the stomach, if one obeserve women most breath with the abdomen, inhaling her admonen grow and inhaling it retract
most men inflate his lungs at inhaling and deflete while exhaling
the women way of bretah is better if one has asthma, it takes time to leran to breath that way one of the form to begin this training is to lay down in a flat surface and push with your hands your lower stomach, releasing the lung air thru the mouth, after releasing all the air, move your hands up and inhale thru the nose as much as you can, to complete the cycle push with your hands your lower stomach and repeat several tiems
on due time this can be done while stand up and you willl be on a better position with your asthma
there is a whole lot of exercise for asthama sufferers and at least in my case they work of course is no magic, patience and training would help
other little help is to put hot water in a recipient and put your face close to the water and cover yoursef with a towel to capture the steam generated by the hot water, steam is great for your lungs and for your asthma
if you cant buy medicine for your asthma this is a good advise to follow and if you can buy medicine maybe you vcan use less
i hope this would help someone as it helped meView Thread
