This is so very exciting and it's hard to believe that the day has come. That after we make that trip over to the Hospital the next time I'm in the car coming home we'll have a baby in the back seat. It's so crazy to think about. We're going to parents sooner than we can even fathom.View Thread

Roselynn was reactive on the strip which is awesome and I'm still 1-2 CM dilated and 50% effaced. Although, there is exciting news that almost brought me to tears in the office.
We are starting our induction Sunday night or Monday and will most likely have our baby girl in our arms by Tuesday!!!!
It's so exciting but soooo scary!! WOW!!! We're going to be parents in a week!! It's so crazy to think about and I'm not sure how to emotionally handle it. lol... I mean I'm freakin' excited that this is almost over and she'll be here soon, but at the same time I'm scared that it's almost over and soon there will be bigger responsibilities... It's going to be a big change, but I think we'll be alright. I love my growing family and can't wait for our number to go from Two the THREE next week!!

I am prone to depression and I'm so afraid of postpartum depression since I'm more at risk for getting it.Is this something I can talk to my midwife about or is it more of a therapy thing? I need help...
Thanks for reading! -NikkiView Thread

Happy to be joining you soon in the mommy club
36 weeks 2 days and getting closer
My midwife appt. is today and I'm really hoping she checks me again... lol... I want progress... I've been done with this pregnancy since 32 weeks lol I'm so happy that little Madi is doing well and that everything went fairly smoothly for you
Sorry to hear that your other daughter isn't too interested... Hopefully she warms up to Madi
Wishing you lots of resting vibes even though babies don't like you to do that

I figured the basics were all I was really gonna need... I don't understand some of the stuff they have on that list... But hey, some women pack like they're moving or something... lol Roselynn's bag is already packed using her diaper bag
my husband and I are going to share a bag, because we both travel light... so... I guess we'll be starting on that today. Hope everything is good and that you are feeling more at ease with that decision you have to make. My next appt. is Tuesday as well, so for all I know she'll be delivered this week... lol... We're ready for her, but scared at the possibility of everything happening too quickly as well.
Thanks for the list hun! I will be sure to get to packing
