I believe listening to Doctor and walking 40 to 50 minutes per day helps relieve my Post Operation S3-S5&S1 fusion pain. Yes it has been close to 8 months since surgery while walking helps emmensly I have problems sleeping and moving from sitting to standing. I look at what "Our Lord Jesus went through in the pain category so I am blessed to have this very painful body."View Thread
Way too many drugs. Vicadin is a Morephinic drug. Too many drugs in any short interval can and will cause adverse affects. Try Naproxen in Aleve it worke dforme an I had surgery in September been 7 months still alot of pain but thats how it is. Takes One Year for pain to leave.View Thread
