I had a compression fracture of my C5 and C6 i think, about 16 years ago. I recently began having constant neck pain and feel the need to pop my neck. I get headaches that feel as if they come from the back of my neck over my head. Is it possible that this is related to my injury?? How harmful is it to pop my neck, when I do pop it, the pain subsides for a little while. What exercises can I try to alleviate the pain. ThanksView Thread
