In addition to my last response, I am not in laa land or drunk every day, but truth be spoken i have been there. In the begining i did not move! and i found that it was very much helpful. I have been exersizing and have embarked on physio, in which if you where okay that day, by the end of the session or the end of the day you were not. I find walking does help and feels great, but of course at some point of the day your feeling it. I am very happy that i found this site, for i am not alone. I try to stay positive, for that is my nature, but feel like a burden with my woes, which really bothers me.View Thread

Your submission carries hope for myself. I was wondering if you could tell me more about having the disc fusion, and what all transpires after the surgery?View Thread

I have been researching possible ways to get rid, of my pain due to a disc bulge and protrusion, of my L4, L5 and S1. I had read Sacco 198 question and concern. Trying to be posititve and not give up myself, it is looking like this condition through your response is not going to go away. I hate to be negitive, but so far it's not looking so good. What can you do as per activity after having the fusion?View Thread
