Hi! I injured my back about 3 weeks ago while catching a fellow student for practice in a class at school. I'm not good at the technique so right away, I felt a "weird" feeling in my back. It was very strange, not an ache but a sort of cold feeling and my back felt tight. For three days after, I could barely walk. The pain was all over my back. It has since gone away completely but now I experience back ached at least once every day. I don't have great posture but this has never happener before. It's always in the lower back, on the sides. Should I go see a physiotherapist? Or is this normal? Thanks!View Thread
