I have been to an Orthopedist and had an MRI. I have severe stenosis that has given me problems over the years with pain in different areas of my back and hips. Now I am having numbness in the tops of my thighs. This is a new symptom. I also have osteoarthritis in my neck and back. The Ortho offered no help other than steroid shots and therapy both of which have failed me over the years. I am 66, an active person even though I am in pain. I tried water aerobics and they seemed to help at the time. Does anyone have suggestions other than pain meds?View Thread
