Has this been happening since the fill? If so, it sounds like your band is too tight. I'm 6 weeks post op and have no problem with protein. After your fill, did your doctor have you drink water to make sure you were to full? I don't know what type of protein your eating, but fish is very easy to chew if you don't overcook it or you can try tuna out of the can. If it is too dry add a very small amount of low fat ranch dressing. You can also try carnation instant breakfast - when added to 1 cup of milk it is 14 grams of protein.View Thread
