Weather: Sunny with highs in 70's
Sleep: Much better since major migraine is easing off
Mood: Overall good
Plans: I did load after load of laundry today but didn't fold a stitch of it. I need to work on my collage for therapy tomorrow. I did some reading today while doing laundry. Next up on chore tasks you guessed more laundry and dishes too. I'm hoping therapy goes okay tomorrow. I have a meeting with kid's therapist tomorrow and hoping to stop in a psych rehab too depends on my time management skills.

I will let my Dr know about this for sure. I took an Ativan to calm myself down. I went to sleep and when I woke up the music was not in my head anymore. So I'm will take note of that and watch for anymore symptoms.
Thanks so muchView Thread

I'm a mother to my Beagle fur baby and have been a mother to many fur babies. Lately, I have been a mother to my mother as she is older and reverting back to her childhood Lol Even though I don't have children of my own, I like children and have a motherly instinct to be protective of children and young adults that belong to the Moms and Dads in my neighborhood and at church.

P.S. Even at the crisis hotline the majority of the calls we received and therefore trained for were not for persons who were suicidal. That actually happened rarely although it was a suicide-hotline those are also perfectly fine to call. If I had some money to put on it, I'd guess that is at least part of why they are called crisis or hot-lines now. The larger ones will be able to accomodate better. They want people to call before things turn into a potentially life threatening situation.View Thread
