even tho some years ago a Phy said I was. I am still trying to understand this illness. I am having a lot of trouble sleeping anymore even though the Phy. has me on sleeping meds.. I mingle some but otherwise I stay mostly to my self. Are them maybe symptons also?? I am miserable with myself.View Thread

if I am or not. But the things you said here makes me think I am. I have racing thoughts and it really bothers me a lot. Have trouble sleeping. These racing thoughts are part of the reason that on some nights I can't go to sleep It upsets me so much. I am on medications for it. So the more I hear from others the more I will understand it.. Thank you for the posting.. I also isolate myself very much. Is that part of it??
