My Story:
I was diagnosed Borderline/Bipolar 15 years ago although I suffered many years before I was diagnosed. I resumed medications two years ago when I found this website. I am blessed to be married to a supportive and loving husband of 30 years. I enjoy my fury companions. I need humor, a strong spiritual life, a daily schedule, support of family and friends, a healthy lifestyle and medications to help me to stay productive.

The staff and members on this board are very friendly and supportive. I find the information, tips and resources provided here to be helpful.
