Sleep: horrible
Mood: agitated, irritable, and anxious
Plans: stuck at work then when home a nap is calling me. I hope glasses place calls says my glasses are in. I want it now. I know I don't have much patience and it drives people crazy.

I just got out of the hospital yesterday so not so great. just feels weird being out. They adjusted my meds its better I guess. I see my regular pdoc next week and talk to her about trying something different maybe but it may not work. I hate the ins people they are such a pain. they approve some meds and some not. aaaaaahhhhhhh.

Plans: attend a fellowship group. then home maybe try back to bed which i doubt sleep will come. Ins still haven't called about the meds that I need. I need to call pdoc on tues when she is in the office. Ugh I hate this feeling.

Sleep: too much (took ambien to help sleep cuz couldn't sleep due to manicky mode.
Mood: too anxious and bored. I not sure what I will do today letting Ambien wear off some. Waiting for pdoc to call back which most likely be tomorrow when she is in the office.
Plans: not much. Already did some work.
