I tell Madeline all the time to stay out of my kitchen when we're at my house, and she dutifully minds. Blames her 20 pound weight gain on my cooking, I tell her to push away from the table,,,that does not go over very well.

Radiation is sometimes done to shrink the tumor so making it easier to remove the cancer before spreading and listen to your doctors, hopefully someone can be with your mom to be another set of ears and ask question. There are no 'dumb' questions, don't be afraid to speak up and we are here to support you and mom as you travel these days ahead.

And dear Rachael, my fiance Madeline has 3 outside puppies, one weighs almost 75 pounds and is such a dear. We never had animals and these 3 outside dogs are each their own self, so different, and fun to learn their traits.

I was talking with my fiancee (No marriage dates have not been set) this week after a Senior Board meeting where there was a personality conflict over silly things, wondering why folks could not realize it was easier to cooperate than bicker over the smallest things.

We have a choir member just recently went to Mayo Clinic for a intestionel(sp) procedure only to have a slight stoke and heart attack and had to return home to Missouri. It took almost 2 years to find his intestine problem and now this.View Thread
