Hi everyone, I just had my 3rd child 5 weeks ago and am 100% breastfeeding. I gained around 55 lbs with this pregnancy! I've already dropped 30 lbs naturally but there are still about 25 sitting there! Does anyone have advice/suggestions for exercise while breastfeeding? I'd like to start doing a workout DVD of some sort but am hesitant to do so in fear of losing my milk supply. Any advice is greatly appreciated!View Thread
