So while my daughter is bulking up on some soy milk to help her gain some weight, I am pumping to help my milk supply regain itself. Do any of you struggle with the only thing you get done is pump, feed the baby, and change diapers? I don't know how the mom's who exclusively pump do it every day I think I'd go crazy.
How do those of you who are pumping to regain milk supply do it every day to maintain your sanity? View Thread
Have you tried either using ice or heat on it (sometimes for me soaking in a hot tub, and yes I know easier said then done with a little one helps me). Also try massaging it a bit, hopefully your LO wakes up soon and nurses for you.
