I have been gluten free now for 17 months and now more than ever I suffer from horrible pain in my arms at night. I guess this is neuropathy. My arms and legs have been going numb at night for several years, but now the pain. Does anybody else have this?View Thread
I am getting much better with the pain in my arms. I went to a neuro gastroenterologist in Houston and he put me on 3 T olive oil a day, 2 T fish oil, 1 T minerals and a multi vitamin concentrating in B's. One of these is doing the trick. So I will continue this routine, because it's really helping. I would say to try it and see if it works for you.View Thread
