I say none of the above. However, I don't know what your particular exercise routine is. Having sustained the same type of injury, going thru traditional physical therapy 3x/wk hurt me to the point of an E.R.visit. I had decreased r.o.m. and strength and my arm & hand would tingle and burn, signaling a major headache to come. Thankfully, I have a therapist friend who uses colored strips of rubberband, each has a different resistance. (You can get these at your medical supply store.)Start with the least resistant, bring it to your physical therapist for a surprisingly fun and varied- light or I can't breathe I held that stretch too long workout.View Thread
