I've noticed that any time I've eaten something with a hot temperature, the cluster headache is either delayed or not as severe. For example, I was starting to feel the shadow of the headache coming on so I ordered a hot chocolate at lunch. By the time it was brought to me, I was at the pacing stage. After drinking half of the cup, I was feeling a lot more sane. Also, yesterday morning I woke up out of my sleep feeling like I wanted to scream, so I made my way to the kitchen and made a bowl of warm oatmeal. It felt like the water was taking forever to boil, but I was thankful once the pain melted away a bit after eating something so hot.View Thread
