It would not be a bad idea for all of us to print up these posts and take to our doctors and say "look, something is going on here something you are missing" Perhaps some doctor will be able to put it all together.View Thread
I have had this exact same thing. Mine started with a head cold, lasted 2 weeks, then went away. Later I got another head cold and it came back, never left. This has been going on for years, I have had extensive work ups. They can not find cause. I insisted that it was ENT related and they agreed, for awhile. Then they said its auto immune disease of unknown etiology. Since I had ear popping before it all started I continued to insist that it was related to ENT issue but they could find nothing wrong.
I had a bump in my throat for years they told me was cyst. It has grown so large it is now like nail protruding into my throat. Finally they did CT scan of the area. I have now been diagnosed with Eagles Syndrome, you have a .01 percent chance of having this. Its a part of the skull that has grown elongated called they styloid. It can cause headaches and some other symptoms which I also have. However they tell me this is not the cause of my symptoms, at least "not likely" I find this hard to believe. For years they tell me nothing is abnormal in the body especially in ENT area and now they find there is something. However they will only partially remove it as is dangerous surgery and if it is the cause it may not cure me. Could Eagles Syndrome be the cause of fogginess, and now fatigue etc?View Thread
