It usually hurts when I'm sitting upright, (like at a table eating). It seems to be staying the same or very slowly getting better. I haven't seen the doc for this yet but will go tomorrow. As such haven't had any meds but putting heat on my shoulder takes the pain away. Also I noticed that when I ride a stationary bike the pain spikes at first. If I stay on the bike over 10 minutes then the pain goes away or I don't notice it, (as my heart rate increases). Also ibuprofen seems to help. I take two when the pain flares up at night. After about 20 minutes I feel more comfortable.
I have had frequent muscle and joint pain before this, as I'm pretty athletic, but it has always been in the lower body as I am a cyclist.View Thread
