About a month ago I started having sinus pressure and cold symptoms in the morning when I would wake up. It would usually desist by the middle of the day and the only symptoms I would have during the day would be mild fatigue (like from walking up stairs) and mild dehydration (dark yellow urine).
I went to my doctors who said it was either allergies or a sinus infection. She gave me a nasal spray (steroid) to try first which I did and then 500 mg amoxcicillan 3X per day for 10 days. It was two weeks ago that I finished the amoxcicillan and while I no longer have cold symptoms in the morning I still have lingering fatigue especially when I exercise. This is particularly discouraging because I was training for a marathon and have been unable to run like I used to. The sinus pressure has come back in the last couple days also.
It's weird that my body hasn't been able to fight off whatever this is on it's own as the symptoms are pretty mild, but it has been over a month now with symptoms of some sort. Like I said, right now it's just fatigue when exercising and some dehydration especially when exercising. Any ideas?View Thread
