I have been having a foul smell in my nose similar to that of an old sore or rotten potatoes. It has been steady for 2 months since late October 2012. I previously had sinus surgery ( turbinate modification and a septoplasty ) in January 2012. I have seen my surgeon and have been scoped. I have recently had a CT of my sinuses and a culture done. Everything is negative, but the smell persists. I have also seen my dentist for an evaluation and he coudn't find a clue. I have taken 2 weeks of Diflucan, 8 days pf Augmentin and 8 days of Fllagyl. My sinises have been rinsed throughly with A salt and water sinus rinse. I would appreciate any advice. The smell is sickening. Thank you for your time.View Thread
