On reading up on Zoloft, it says it can help with sleep but also listed in side effects is trouble sleeping.
Do you know which is more likely? I am still on Xanax-2 .25mg at night, but I dont want the Zoloft to cause more sleep problems

Could you tell me if it is safe to take .50mg of Xanax to help sleep for a long period of time?
Also, does Zoloft help regulate sleep?
I cannot get to sleep until 5 a.m.

COuld you tell me the difference between Xyzal and Benadryl?
I am going to use 1 25mg Benadryl once or twice a day to see if helps with mucus and ear problem-it is not helping me to sleep at all-I am still taking Xanax-.25mg at night.
Benadryl does not make me drowsy.
Is it bad to get to sleep at 5 a.m. and wake at 10:30 a.m., this is how my sleep has been.
Have not started Zoloft yet.

Could Benadryl help with symptoms of dust mite allergies-post nasil drip and ear popping & clogging?
ThanksView Thread

This is driving me crazy-now I have the ear problem and the not sleeping.
Does Zoloft help with sleep?
ThanksView Thread

Would taking Benadryl make you sleep?
I have only got maybe 12 hours sleep in 4 days.
Took xanax last nite-10:30 went to bed 11:30=was up All nite.
If I take Benadryl, can't take Xanax, right?

He says like always, I started to cry telling him that my ears are so loud when swallowing-he tells me not to focus on it-told him about primary dr prescribing Zoloft-he said why do you need that stuff?
I cannot understand why nothing shows up on these tests when I feel these annoying symptoms for over a year! My Dad wants to take me to the Mayo Clinic-he does not understand either.
Could the dust mite allergy still be the cause- He said Flonase should have worked by now- a month
ThanksView Thread

What else can help open the eustachian tubes if Flonase does not work after a month of use?
I don't know what else to do. My ears are soo loud when swallowing.
