My dad was diagnosed with stage II colon cancer in 2006 and was subsequently operated and given chemo. He got it at the age of 49-50. Apart from my dad, no one else in our family had cancer.
even though there is no family history of cancer, i am a little worried that it could be starting of the heredity. How would I confirm that I am/ am not at a greater risk of developing cancer later on?
I read about HNPCC...how would i get it tested for HNPCC? Is it available in India?View Thread
