Hello my father is now 76 years old and in 2008 was diagnosed with colon cancer, he had the section of cancer surgically removed. During his follow up in 2009 the doctor found another growth and my father had the bowel resection procedure done for the second time. At his next follow up in 2010 a small polyp was removed during the colonoscopy and now in 2011 the doctors have discovered another polyp that is now causing a blockage in the colon and is cancerous. What options beside bowel resection surgery should I be discussing with the doctor?View Thread
