I had problems with my mask leaking a lot when I first got the CPAP. Called the provider and they gave me a smaller mask and that took care of the problem for the most part. I did invest in a Countour pillow since I sleep on my side and that helped me to keep from pushing the mask off. Also found that I have to wash my face before going to bed even though I wash the cushion every day or it will slip and leak from the oil in my skin. Also, I was snoring with the CPAP. the doctor increased the pressure and that has gone away also. I have extremely mild sleep apnea so not sure if all of this will work for you or not. I was very resistant to using this because I didn't want to be dependant on anything. but now I am averaging 6 to 7 hours of sleep every night and may even get 8! this is so much better than 2 to 4 hours a night.View Thread
