well af showed up a little after that last post I wrote.. pretty disappointed. Even though the tests were negative I still thought that there was a good chance that I was.. it just felt different to me. Guess I am completely wrong about any feelings I ever get anyways.. so I don't know why I even think it.
Baby shower was Saturday.. it was good. Very stressful though. I felt very judged the whole time though by some of her "friends" and this one woman.. she was very weird and honestly made me very mad. And everyone else there.. she was crazy. She isn't related to them.. well she is sil's sisters ex husbands mom.. yeah. lol she pretty much has sil's niece all the time.. and I think she was foster mom to sil when she was 16 and had her baby.. anyways.. this woman was driving me crazy with her snide comments that she totally thought were ok to say. The kids were running around getting bubbles and food all over the floor.. riding the chair up and down the stairs.. taking things from other children.. and non of their parents said anything (her side) and my family was all like hey say something to them.. and I really didn't want too.. bc HELLO the parents were right there.. but they weren't saying anything.. so I finally said something to this woman about her grand kids riding up and down the stairs on the chair bc I was scared that one of them was going to fall off.. and she said it was no big deal.. it was her church and her grand kids and she was responsible for them and they were fine and blah blah blah. I was just like whatever. Then this woman had the nerve to ask me if she could have all the left over food that my sister and I bought for the shower to give to my sil's sister.. because she was pretty much homeless and had no food and etc. Everyone heard her ask me this.. and she kept talking about it in front of everyone. A couple of my family members were about to go off.. just because of how rude that was. I had no problem with it.. but she shouldn't have asked me in front of everyone! Needless to say .. that was one of the most stressful baby showers I have ever been too. Half way through half the people left.. and didn't even say anything. I think they were her sisters friends anyways..we were literally waiting for them to come back so we could play the next game bc we thought they went outside to smoke and nope.. they had left. I asked her if she had a good time though and she said yes.. and she got a lot of good stuff too.
I hope that that this time works out for your cousin. That pic was very adorable. Very good shot.
I havn't found a job yet.. but honestly havn't looked that hard. We have been running around and doing so much the last week. Hard to believe we have been here a week.. feels like the weekend should be up and we are ready to go back home. Feels weird. It's not bad here.. just different.. and I am so stressed out about everything.View Thread
