I would do it again...it was a colonoscopy with a ballon on the end that they put where scar tissue was closing. Then blew it up, as far as the tissue would allow. So I prepped like a regular colonoscopy, and was back to work next day. It work for a while, but they think it maybe closing up. I go for MRI next week. But I would do it again if it meant not getting cut up! I would just like to keep as much of my intestines as I can for as long as I can.View Thread
Thanks Hannah, That's kind of what I was worried about. Guess back for MRI and see what's going on. They are thinking, scare tissue is closing again.....had it streched about month and 1/2 ago. Was just really hoping it was the B12.
Does anyone have problems with B12 injs? I have been on it 2 months 1inj a month. But I am having dirrhea for 3-4 after and then constipation. Wondering if it could be the inj. Or if I have to figure something else. My GI seems to think it shouldn't be a problem, but I do.
I just feel this site is getting clicky if that can happen on a support site. I feel bad.....but I will find some place else to get help. I do miss Gin she always had a kind word even if she didn't have answers.
You are doing so GREAT, glad you can get back to being a Mom, wife and Employee. I know how wonderful it can feel to be better....don't over do! Take care!
I just found out that the area where I had a resection done is closing do to scare tissue. They are going to do something with a ballon to try to streach it out. So I don't have to go under the knife again this soon (11/2) since resection. Has anyone had this done and does it work? Please if you have any info let me know.
Was in remission for a year after having a resection. But looks like it's back, pain and all.....lol I was reading the postive posts everyone put up! tell you I needed it today! Go to Mayo in a month and see what's the next step.
thanks to all of you that are here to help, it's a good feeling knowing that good people are here.View Thread
I was on Humiria, but had side effects and was switch to Methotrexate. I haven't had any side effects from it. Was put on it before I had resection and I am still on it. I do like the cost and it's easy to use!View Thread
