This is a simple diet that really eased my IBD symptoms within a day. Ifound I could process and digest the chicken stock and the second day I added the chicken to it. my body responded normally for the first time in over a year. The same results for the fish and its stock. Years ago, I was almost a vegan and ate lots of raw veges before I became terribly ill - My body just stopped digesting food properly, and I had to eliminate more and more foods from my diet. I knew I could not stop eating, so I suffered through it and each year I became more ill. Try the simple diet and add probiotics. It's a good start.
