Lately (4weeks) i have been exercising everyday for 1 hr 30 mins. I drink close to 5L of water per day. I am not on a diet but i take mid-snacks mostly fruits and eat once a day (in the afternoon) and before i go to bed i take light soup as my dinner, i am a full time vegetarian. i have noticed that my stomach is always swollen and it gets really worse when i am about to have my periods. i have lost weight but my stomach is still the same. but i am still continuing with my fitness. what could be the reason i really don't know. medical wise i am ok i do not have any kind of sickness.View Thread
