I have had depression for over 18 years now. I have my god days and bad days. But the bad days sometimes over take the good days. I understand how someone can feel down the way they do. A good tip is to always find something positive to think about or say about yourself. Life sometimes makes us want to just sit in one place and just sit there. Keep your chin up and always remember you were created for a purpose so try to find out what that purpose is.View Thread
